Based on the findings of an unannounced onsite hospice Medicare recertification survey conducted October 19, 2021 through October 22, 2021, Commonwealth Hospice of Berwick, was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418.113,Subpart D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care-Emergency Preparedness.
